The restaurant is located in the shearing shed itself. Once a year, over three days, the restaurant becomes once more the place where sheep are shorn.
Through the large windows, our guests can have a nice view of the pens for sheep and horses, the big water tank and the windmill.
The restaurant’s specialty is the Patagonian Roasted Lamb, cooked over a wood fire. The lamb served is raised on the property in an organic manner. They graze on natural pastures and drink water from the mill. They are given no other food coming from outside this reserve.
Apart from lamb, the restaurant offers other options, even a vegetarian menu.
